THE FAMILY WELLBEING PROGRAM
A DIFFERENT PATHWAY FOR BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE IN MEN
Dr Ingrid McGuffog of D&M has partnered with Mr Ian Polglase (Registered Psychologist) to offer a new 12-week program for men who have either been mandated, or for whom it has been suggested by their solicitor, they attend a ‘men’s behaviour change’ program.
Other sources of referral include:
Family report recommendation
Family court order
DV court
Self-referral
A PROGRAM THAT FINDS ‘YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRUTH’
What makes The Family Well-Being Program different is that it is founded on the ‘River of Cruelty’ model which shows how cruelty flows from person to person down generations. Getting out of the River requires us to find our own personal truth.
